With the conviction that the tools of a good Corporate Governance perfect companies’ management and conduction, guarantee the protection of the shareholders’ and stakeholders’ interests, we introduce the Corporate Governance Code and the other documents adopted within the framework of the best national and international practices in the subject suggested by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OCDE), the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) and the National Securities Commission (CNV, for its acronym in Spanish).
