First of all, any company wishing to become a Price Provider must sign the “Matba Rofex BTC Index” Participation Agreement with MtR. Among the most important requirements are the following: to have the Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention Policies for all its clients; to have an Internal Compliance Officer; to have been in business for at least 1 year prior to the incorporation of the company to the MtR BTC Index; to facilitate spot trading of the BTC/ARS pair, with the deposit of Argentine Pesos through bank transfer, from an Exchange or by offering Broker/Dealer services.
